Dolosman, Argamum

Argamum fortress, and Dolosman cape, are situated on the shore of Razim lake, at approximately 40 km from Histria. It is first mentioned around the VI and V century by Hecateu from Milet. Diggings began in 1926 and continued until 1965, confirming the greek origins of the settlement.
You can see in this panorama Razim lake, and the eastern wall of the fortress.
Also, remarcable is the cape itself, because it is unique in Romania. It reaches 29 m tall at its highest point, and is 3 km long.
