Romanian Naval Command

This is my second fully spherical panorama. It shows the Romanian Naval Command, overlooking the Black Sea, in Constanta.

The building was originally the "Carol" hotel, build around 1882. It was built by the english company "Danube and Black Sea Railway", led by John Trevor Barkley, which has previously built Constanta - Cernavoda railway sistem. The building was used as a hotel for many years, and changed names over time. Initially it was known as "Terminus" hotel (because the railway ended here:) and after that "Carol".
In 1979 the building changes it's purpose, housing the romanian Military Naval Command.
